Ahead of its official debut in Miami on May 2, Ferrari enthusiasts are already placing orders for the F167, the successor to the 812 Superfast. Reports from the Ferrari Chat forum indicate that dealers are accepting deposits for the coupe variant, with rumors suggesting a spider variant may follow.

While rumors of a spider variant exist, concrete details are scarce, and speculation should be approached cautiously. However, recent sightings of camouflaged F167S prototypes hint at forthcoming variants beyond the coupe.

Renderings shared by Carparazzo Varryx on Instagram offer a look at the F167’s design, drawing inspiration from classic Ferrari models like the 365 GTB/4 Daytona. Notable features include a front-end design reminiscent of the Daytona, with reports suggesting innovative hood hinge placements for improved aerodynamics.

Speculations also suggest the inclusion of features like hood vents, an active rear wing, and a rear light bar, drawing from Ferrari’s recent design language showcased in models like the SF90 XX and Monza SP1/SP2.

Powering the F167 will likely be Ferrari’s renowned 6.5-liter V12 engine, known as the F140, with various performance variants across Ferrari’s lineup. Additionally, a new transaxle, the Magna 8DCL900, promises enhanced performance and efficiency over its predecessor.

Despite increasing regulatory pressures, Ferrari enthusiasts eagerly anticipate the F167’s release, expecting unparalleled performance and craftsmanship synonymous with the Prancing Horse marque.
