Natalie Robyn became the CEO of FIA in November 2022. She was chosen by FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem to help make changes in how the organization was managed.

Before taking this job, Robyn worked in the car industry for more than 15 years. She was the CEO of Volvo in Switzerland starting from 2017. Before that, she had important jobs at Nissan and DaimlerChrysler.

Since she started working at FIA, Robyn helped change how the organization works. She made sure that the way things were managed became more modern. She also helped make sure that the money was managed better.

But now, Robyn wants to go back to working in the car industry. Because of this, she and FIA agreed that she would leave her job at the end of this month.

Talking about her decision, Robyn said: “Being the CEO at FIA was a big honor, and I am thankful that I could help make changes and improve things. Now, I think it’s time for me to leave, knowing that FIA is in a better place for the future challenges.”

FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem said: “When Natalie became the CEO, it was a big moment for FIA. She did a lot to change how things worked and made sure that the money was managed better. On behalf of FIA, I wish her all the best in her future.”

Robyn’s departure is not the first time a big figure has left FIA. Last year, Steve Nielsen and Tim Goss resigned from their jobs. Deborah Mayer also left her position as the head of the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission.

After they left, FIA announced that Jan Monchaux would take Tim Goss’s place. Tim Malyon replaced Steve Nielsen.
