Honda Has A New Badge And Supercar-Like Concepts

Honda is set to join the trend of creating separate sub-brands for electric vehicles, following in the footsteps of BMW, Volkswagen, and Mercedes.

The upcoming ‘0 Series’ is expected to launch in 2026, featuring a distinct design highlighted by an updated H badge, dropping the surround and showcasing a widened capital letter. The rest of Honda’s range will retain the existing branding.

The radical styling of the new concepts, the Saloon and Space-Hub, hints at a departure from conventional designs. While Honda hasn’t confirmed the production timeline for these concepts, their influence on the final models expected in 2026 is anticipated.

The ‘Saloon’ concept stands out with gullwing doors and a rear reminiscent of a Breadvan. The bubbled windscreen and stubby nose give it a distinctive ’90s look.

Although the production version may likely tone down the interior design, features such as a dashboard-width screen and a unique steering wheel could make their way into the final product.

On the other hand, the Space-Hub presents itself as a distinctive electric SUV with limited details provided by Honda. The company promises it will serve as a “hub that connects people to people and people to society, generating mutual resonance with each other.”

The production models of the Honda 0 Series are set to debut in North America initially, eventually expanding to other global markets.
