The Silver Hawk event in South Carolina witnessed Girroir’s commanding performance, as he steered his KTM 350 XC-F to the forefront across the challenging terrain, widening the gap significantly to secure his lead as the checkered flag marked the end of the race for the reigning Pro 1 Champion.

The triumph in South Carolina was further amplified by the achievements of FMF KTM Factory Racing Team Landers’ riders Brandy Richards and Angus Riordan. Richards displayed a dominant performance, clinching a decisive victory in the Pro Women’s category, while Riordan secured a commendable second place finish in the Pro 2 Class aboard his KTM 250 XC-F.

Reflecting on his success, Johnny Girroir commented, “I had a good weekend here at Round 2. Liam [Draper] was riding well, and the competition was fierce. It was an incredibly enjoyable weekend, with challenging tests, especially the woods test, which was extremely demanding.”

Angus Riordan expressed his satisfaction, stating, “I was pleased to secure P2. The competition was tough, and the track was exceptionally challenging – particularly the woods test, which was tight and technical, not quite suited to my style. Nevertheless, I’m content with achieving a consistent result.”

Brandy Richards shared her thoughts, saying, “I was initially apprehensive about the Enduro test due to its tight and technical nature. I haven’t had much experience with tracks of that nature, but I was pleased with my performance throughout the weekend. I always feel at ease on the Cross tests, especially with jumps and triples. Overall, I’m happy with how the weekend unfolded.”
