Lexus has announced that the 2025 UX300h boasts EPA ratings of 43 mpg combined for front-wheel drive and 42 mpg for all-wheel drive. Notably, these figures surpass the less potent UX250h, which had ratings of 42 mpg for FWD and 39 mpg for AWD.
For the upcoming model year, buyers of Lexus’s smallest SUV can expect more features, albeit with a slight price increase. The 2025 Lexus UX300h comes with an upgraded hybrid drivetrain, which is reflected in its base prices.
The starting price for the base version sees a modest $800 hike, now beginning at $37,490, while some trim levels see increases exceeding $2000.
Replacing its predecessor, the UX250h, the UX300h now boasts a reworked gas-electric powertrain producing 196 horsepower, up from 181 hp previously.
The FWD model combines a 2.0-liter inline-four gasoline engine with an electric motor while opting for AWD for an additional $1570, adding another electric motor powering the rear wheels.
Opting for the Premium trim level, offering more features, will now cost $40,690, marking a $1540 increase from the previous year. Additionally, there are two F Sport versions available.
The first, known as F Sport Design, focuses on visual enhancements and comes with a price tag of $41,440, a $2290 increase. The second, F Sport Handling, priced at $45,955, sits atop the lineup and includes suspension upgrades such as adaptive dampers.
While Lexus hasn’t provided an exact release date for the 2025 UX in the U.S., it’s already available for configuration on the Lexus website, suggesting that delivery to customers shouldn’t be far off.
