British Deputy High Commissioner Jonny Baxter embarked on a journey aboard the Lagos Blue Line from Marina to Mile 2 on Thursday, immersing himself in the city’s evolving transportation landscape.

During his ride, Baxter engaged with Isabella Adams, a female train driver, underscoring the diverse workforce driving the railway network’s operations.

With the impending launch of the Lagos Red Line Rail on February 29th, which will connect Lagos and Ogun states via rail, Baxter’s excursion symbolizes the ongoing international interest in Lagos’ infrastructure development, particularly its public transportation endeavors.

The Lagos State Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) noted the significance of Baxter’s visit, highlighting the global attention directed towards Lagos’ infrastructure advancements, with Engr.
