The renowned electronics manufacturer, known for producing Apple iPhones, has finally introduced its inaugural production-ready EV at the ongoing Geneva Motor Show.
Dubbed the Foxconn Model B, this five-seater vehicle is built upon the company’s MIH (Mobility in Harmony) modular architecture and boasts design by the esteemed firm Pininfarina.
According to insights shared by the design team, the newly unveiled EV is anticipated to maintain its distinctive style and design structure in the final production model.
However, minor cosmetic alterations both externally and internally are expected. Engineered to dominate its segment, the Model B promises impressive range and power.
Speaking of design, the Model B was showcased in a striking red color scheme, featuring a fully LED headlight setup with modern extended LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) at the front.
The placement of the lighting setup at both ends enhances the EV’s allure, imparting a bolder and more adventurous appearance.
In terms of dimensions, the Model B measures 1865mm in width, 4300mm in length, 1530mm in height, and boasts a wheelbase of 2800mm.
While specific specifications remain undisclosed at this time, it has been confirmed that the EV will offer approximately 500 kilometers of range.
Meanwhile, the company has unveiled five additional concepts utilizing the same platform as the Model B.
These include the Model V dual-cab pickup, the Model E car, the Model T bus, and the Model C, which boasts larger dimensions and offers respectable power and range.
