The Rimac Nevera, a pinnacle example of the record-breaking EV hypercar, has found its way to the Netherlands, reuniting with its first customer in the region. This event underscores the vehicle’s profound connection with its roots.

Mate Rimac, the visionary behind Rimac Automobili and now at the helm of Bugatti Rimac, has been a frequent subject in recent automotive discussions. Both Bugatti and Rimac, being exclusive marques, selectively command attention, ensuring that only significant developments make the headlines.

In his increasingly packed schedule, Mate Rimac recently offered a quick look into a fascinating surprise concealed under wraps. While a select group of Bugatti clients had already caught a quick look, the revealing of Chiron’s successor remains eagerly anticipated.

To alleviate the anticipation, Mate Rimac revealed the company’s new powertrain a V16 hybrid engine that has been under development for over two years. Meanwhile, on the Rimac front, where the focus remains on the hypercar EV lifestyle, news surfaced that the CEO has acquired his own Rimac Nevera.

Adorned with a subtle dedication to his wife, the vehicle reflects a blend of personal and professional passions. While this gesture is endearing, some enthusiasts choose to express their fervor more overtly. The latest custom Rimac Nevera making headlines is the first example officially delivered to the Netherlands.

This bespoke variant boasts a striking exterior finish, featuring a triple arrow livery in Volcano Red, Polar White, and Navy Blue. With additional accents such as Tinted Orange Gloss for carbon fiber elements and Gunmetal Diamond Cut wheels, the exterior design pays homage to the Dutch national flag.

Inside the cockpit, customization continues with a blend of Dark Blue leather and Red Alcantara, complemented by Dark Blue accents and white stitching. Introduced in prototype form in the summer of 2021, the Rimac Nevera stands as a limited-production all-electric hypercar, with only 150 units slated for production worldwide.

With 1,888 horsepower and a 120-kWh Lithium Manganese Nickel battery powering four electric motors, one for each wheel, the Nevera has already demonstrated its prowess by setting over twenty performance world records within a year.
