Subaru has revealed pricing details for the new generation Forester in our market, revealing a significant increase compared to its predecessor. The lineup features five grades and a single engine choice, with deliveries slated to commence in late spring following production at the Gunma factory in Japan.
Starting at $29,695, the base model marks a $2,600 increase over the previous entry-level variant. It comes equipped with 17-inch alloys, LED headlamps, dual-zone climate control, dual 7-inch screens, a reversing camera, keyless entry, and cloth upholstery stitched with blue string, among other features.
Priced at a minimum of $34,495, the Sport grade offers enhancements such as 19-inch alloys with a bronze look, gray StarTex upholstery with brown stitching, Harman Kardon premium audio, and additional safety features.
The Limited, starting at $35,995, builds upon the Premium with 18-inch wheels, perforated leather-trimmed upholstery, a hands-free tailgate, a heated steering wheel, and more safety features.
The range-topping Touring, priced at $39,995, features 19-inch wheels, ventilated and heated front seats, a smart rearview mirror, heated rear outboard seats, leather and suede upholstery, premium audio, and other premium amenities.
Additionally, the 2024 Forester Wilderness remains in production, offering unique features and options at a consistent price of $34,920. All models are powered by a 2.5-liter boxer engine mated to a CVT and standard all-wheel drive, delivering a balanced blend of performance and efficiency.
