Lexus, a luxury brand under Toyota’s umbrella since 1898, has expanded significantly in recent years, particularly driven by the popularity of SUVs. Presently, Lexus offers seven distinct models in the U.S. market alone, maintaining its niche appeal while delivering luxury not typically associated with off-roading.
Recently, Lexus introduced a special version of its NX mid-size luxury SUV for the European market called Overtrail. While not intended for rugged off-roading, the Overtrail boasts visual upgrades, including a raised suspension system, all-terrain tires, and distinctive design elements, enhancing its off-road appearance.
Featuring black accents and a metallic frame, the NX Overtrail stands out, especially in its signature Moon Desert color. Inside, the SUV offers upgraded elements like black leather sport seats, khaki accents, and Geo Layer trim inserts, elevating the driving experience.
Available across various NX versions in Europe, including hybrid and gasoline models, the Overtrail package starts at 52,700 euros. While its availability in the U.S. remains uncertain, Lexus continues to push boundaries, offering unique and desirable options for luxury SUV enthusiasts.
