Sunday’s race day kicked off at 8:00 am with the PeeWee classes taking the track. The competition was fierce, with Destry Tucker and Sawyer Langenback battling it out in the early laps before Tucker surged ahead to claim victory. Meanwhile, in other PeeWee categories, Michael Cimochowski, Bryan Supp Ramos, David Alipio, Kaelyn Levesque, and Grayson LeDuc secured wins in their respective classes.
Moving up the ranks, in the PRO class, Chris Canning emerged triumphant, followed by Simon Johnson and Brandon Gregiore. Noteworthy performances included Cole Freeman’s win in the C Class, Addie Harris dominating the Women’s PRO class, and Kendyl Gaetani’s clean sweep in the Women’s Amateur category. Additionally, Leo Candidus and John Malloy emerged victorious in the Super Senior and Masters classes, respectively.
In specific class competitions, Chris Canning showcased his prowess by clinching victory in the PRO 125 class and further solidifying his lead in the overall PRO standings. Other standout winners included Nathan Tokarski, Dylan Sharpe, and Evan Howard in their respective B-class categories. Keith Johnson and Jake Thompson emerged victorious in the Vintage and Sportsman classes.
Among the individual class winners, Andy Mathieu, Jonathan Alipio, Jeffrey Hunt, Missleno Batista, Michael Adinolfi JR, Jiggs Fustini, and Joshua Lussier displayed exceptional skill and determination. The Women’s PRO podium saw Addie Harris, Ruby Fustini, and Melony Pickard securing top honors.
Factory Connection/ FXR/ Factory Beta rider Chris Canning’s dominance was highlighted as he swept both the PRO 125 and PRO classes. His stellar performance in Round 2 of the JDAY Offroad Dozer Memorial solidified his lead in both categories. The event concluded with anticipation for future races, with Rounds 3 & 4 scheduled at Unadilla MX on May 18 & 19.
