Bentley Batur Convertible By Mulliner Revealed As Final W12 Coachbuild

British luxury automaker Bentley Motors has introduced the Bentley Batur Convertible, the latest addition to its exclusive line of coach-built vehicles. Limited to just 16 units worldwide, the Batur Convertible joins the ranks of Bentley’s meticulously crafted bespoke creations, following the Bacalar Barchetta and Batur Coupe models.

Crafted by Mulliner, Bentley’s in-house bespoke division, the Batur Convertible offers a seamless blend of luxury and performance. Its folding roof can be swiftly deployed or stowed in a mere 19 seconds, even while cruising at speeds of up to 30 mph, effortlessly transforming the coupe into an open-top Grand Tourer with the touch of a button.

Every Batur Convertible is a product of collaborative creation, with Mulliner’s design team working closely with each client to tailor the vehicle to their individual preferences. From interior finishes to exterior details, every aspect of the car is meticulously crafted to reflect the owner’s unique vision and style.

Inside the cabin, the Batur Convertible boasts exclusive touches, including the option for 3D printed rose gold accents on the Bentley Drive Mode Selector and Organ Stop vent controls. These luxurious details enhance the bespoke nature of the vehicle, elevating the driving experience to new heights of refinement and sophistication.

Underneath its elegant exterior, the Batur Convertible is powered by Bentley’s iconic W12 hand-assembled 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine, delivering an impressive 740 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque. This potent powertrain represents the pinnacle of Bentley’s engineering prowess and is set to be phased out, making the Batur Convertible one of the last Bentleys to feature this legendary engine.

While Bentley has yet to disclose the pricing for the Batur Convertible, it is expected to surpass the cost of its Batur Coupe counterparts, which commanded an estimated price tag of $2 million each. With its limited production run and unparalleled craftsmanship, the Batur Convertible stands as a testament to Bentley’s commitment to exclusivity and excellence in automotive design.
