A couple of the most recent generations of Escalades have undergone performance enhancements, while others have had their interiors reupholstered or altered for a sportier appearance. The majority of changes, however, are made to the tires and wheels, as seen by the car in the top photo, which attracted notice on Forgiato’s social media due to its enormous new alloys.
The Cadillac Escalade’s large size accommodates 28-inch wheels without looking out of place. This particular model features multi-spoke, silver-finished wheels with thin tires that fit under the arches without modifications. However, oversized wheels and thin tires often result in a less comfortable ride, and this Escalade is no exception.
While it may not be ideal for long drives or tight turns, this Escalade is perfect for a relaxed weekend drive and has a striking appearance. Its hip-hop-related aesthetic makes it suitable for a music video, and its popularity is evident from over 41k likes on Forgiato’s Instagram post in just one day.
Meanwhile, Cadillac is preparing a mid-cycle refresh for the Escalade. A prototype spotted earlier this month revealed new front lighting with a split headlamp design, a refreshed grille, and rear tweaks.
Inside, the Escalade will feature a wide-screen display stretching across the dashboard, a new screen for the HVAC system, updated air vents, a different steering wheel, and a revised center console with a dial-like gear selector. Production of the refreshed Escalade is expected to start in the second half of 2024, with an official reveal likely in a few weeks before Cadillac begins taking orders.
