Australia welcomes the arrival of the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV, an electric vehicle aiming to redefine luxury in the EV segment. While the base design might spark discussion, Mercedes equips the EQS with top-tier comfort, particularly for rear-seat passengers.

The travel experience is improved by Maybach-only features, outstanding noise suppression, and an optional First Class Rear Suite. With Nappa leather upholstery, wood accents, and a Burmester 4D surround sound system including Dolby Atmos, the interior is designed with luxury as the primary focus.

Even sustainability gets a touch of class with vegetable-tanned leather options. Starting at AUD 328,607, the EQS 680 offers a variety of packages to further personalize the experience, including the First Class Rear Suite, Night Series Edition, and even two-tone paint options.

All-wheel drive ensures confident handling, while a top speed of 130 mph caters to highway cruising. The EQS 680 SUV prioritizes passenger comfort with its Airmatic suspension and a unique Maybach drive mode.

The driving experience is further enhanced by a bespoke “Aerial Grace” soundscape produced by the Burmester 4D surround sound system. With a driving range of up to 662 kilometers (411 miles) based on the NEDC standard, the EQS 680 SUV offers peace of mind for extended journeys.
