Reigning supreme in the Enduro world, KTM offers a vast selection of EXC motorcycles. Riders can choose between the power and control of a four-stroke EXC-F or the lightweight agility of a two-stroke EXC, with a total of 21 machines to suit every riding style.
Last year saw a dramatic transformation for KTM’s Enduro lineup, with an impressive 95% of components receiving a refresh.
A highlight of these upgrades was a completely new hydro-formed frame boasting improved flex characteristics, working in tandem with a redesigned subframe for optimal handling.
In a move touted as an industry first, KTM incorporated new, fully adjustable WP XACT forks and a revamped shock, all conveniently adjustable without needing any tools.
For the 2024 models, KTM also upped the fuel capacity (8.3L for 2-strokes and 8.9L for 4-strokes) and introduced Throttle Body Injection for seamless power delivery that adapts to varying altitudes.
With such a comprehensive overhaul in 2024, one might anticipate a less substantial update for 2025. KTM is obliged to retain the core improvements while implementing strategic refinements.
In a move that will excite Enduro enthusiasts, KTM has revealed its updated 2025 EXC lineup. The bikes retain the familiar orange seat design with textured accents, which also adorn the frame protectors, tank shrouds, and bar pad.
Visually, the most striking update comes at the front with a new fuel tank roll that secures the container and safeguards the frame from wear. The handlebars boast a new on/off switch gear system, which was previously seen on the SX line.
The rear shock has received adjustments to optimize pressure balance and minimize the risk of cavitation, while machined elements on the swingarm enhance the chain glider’s durability.
