The Ducati Monster, with its timeless appeal, has been a canvas for countless custom builds. The earlier models, in particular, have proven to be remarkably adaptable, yet the distinctive trellis frame has posed a hurdle for those aiming to achieve a pure cafe racer aesthetic.

Voodoo Garage, a Spanish custom shop, has masterfully overcome this challenge with its breathtaking transformation of a 2006 Monster S2R. By stripping away the original components and meticulously crafting new elements, they have breathed new life into the iconic platform.

The custom fuel tank, a nod to the SportClassic models, integrates seamlessly with the trellis frame, while the sculpted tail section, mounted on a modified subframe, accentuates the bike’s dynamic posture. The result is a harmonious blend of Monster heritage and cafe racer spirit.

Voodoo Garage’s creation is a testament to its exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering dedication, proving that even the most familiar designs can be raised to extraordinary heights. The Voodoo custom motorcycle is a striking fusion of opulence and aggression. Its luxurious, two-piece saddle, paired with a menacing under-seat exhaust system, instantly draws the eye.

A minimalist front fender, custom-mounted for optimal clearance, adds a touch of raw elegance while maintaining a clean aesthetic. The rear end echoes this minimalist design philosophy with a swingarm-integrated license plate holder that discreetly houses dual-function LEDs.

Ergonomics are significantly enhanced by adjustable billet aluminum rearsets, clip-on handlebars equipped with premium grips and bar-end mirrors, and high-performance Accossato control levers. The cockpit is further refined by a Motogadget Motoscope Tiny speedometer, tastefully mounted on a custom bracket. A classic-inspired headlamp, complemented by integrated LED blinkers, completes the front end, adding a touch of retro charm.

While the motorcycle retains the S2R’s original chassis, the engine has undergone a meticulous rebuild to optimize performance and ensure reliability. This blend of custom craftsmanship, high-quality components, and mechanical refinement results in a motorcycle that is as visually striking as it is exhilarating to ride.
