GMC is set to introduce a refreshed Terrain for the 2025 model year, featuring a subtle redesign, upgraded interior technology, and the same 175-horsepower engine.

While the exterior retains its familiar shape, the front fascia, profile, and rear have been subtly updated.

Inside, a large 11-inch digital instrument cluster and a 15-inch central infotainment display take center stage, along with advanced features like Google Assistant, 5G connectivity, and driver-assist systems

Although there’s no hybrid option, the 1.5-liter turbocharged engine remains unchanged. The 2025 GMC Terrain is poised to enter the fiercely competitive compact crossover SUV market with a refreshed design, enhanced features, and a focus on differentiation from its corporate sibling, the Chevrolet Equinox.

While the Terrain maintains its core strengths, it faces stiff competition from established rivals like the Subaru Forester, Nissan Rogue, Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tucson, Honda CR-V, and Toyota RAV4. The Terrain’s ability to stand out in this crowded field will depend on its unique offerings, pricing, and appeal to consumers.
