Nissan’s Ariya NISMO, a high-performance electric crossover, has finally revealed its impressive performance figures. Revealed earlier this year, the NISMO tuned Ariya boasts a powerful electric motor delivering 429 horsepower and 443 lb ft of torque.
This translates to a blistering 0-60 mph acceleration time in the high 4 second range and a remarkable 0-62 mph sprint in just 5 seconds. Beyond its straight-line speed, the Ariya NISMO excels in handling and cornering.
Nissan claims it can achieve greater lateral forces than even the iconic GT-R NISMO, thanks to its specially tuned 4WD system and revised suspension components. The crossover’s enhanced braking system and precise steering further contribute to its dynamic driving experience.
To achieve this level of performance, Nissan engineers have meticulously tuned the Ariya NISMO’s suspension, steering, and braking systems. The revised suspension components, including new stabilizers, spring rates, and shock absorbers, provide a more responsive and engaging ride.
