Audi has officially opened orders for its new A6 e-tron and S6 e-tron models in the United Kingdom. Available in both Sportback and Avant body styles, the electric sedans and wagons offer a range of trims and features. Starting at £69,900, the A6 Sportback e-tron is available in Sport, S line, and Edition 1 trims.
The A6 Avant e-tron starts at £71,700 and offers the same trim levels. The rivaling BMW i5 and Mercedes-Benz EQE Sedan both start at lower prices. All models feature rear wheel drive and a combined output of 375 horsepower and 427 pound feet of torque. They can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 5.4 seconds and have a top speed of 130 mph.
The A6 Sportback has a range of up to 463 miles, while the A6 Avant has a range of up to 437 miles. The 94.9 kWh battery supports 270 kW fast charging, which can charge the battery to 80% in about 20 minutes.
Audi’s S6 Sportback and Avant e-tron models, available in the UK, offer a blend of luxury, performance, and electric power. Starting at £97,500 and £99,300 respectively, these performance-oriented vehicles boast a combined 542 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of torque, courtesy of their Quattro all wheel drive system.
This potent combination accelerates the S6 e-tron models from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.9 seconds and allows for a top speed of 149 mph. In terms of range, the Sportback e-tron offers a 405-mile range, while the Avant e-tron can travel up to 388 miles on a single charge.
Standard features on the A6 Sportback and Avant e-tron Sport include keyless entry, digital key, automatic dimming rearview mirror, heated and adjustable side mirrors, heated front seats, three-zone climate control, electric tailgate, large displays, a top-view camera, comfort seats, and stylish alloy wheels.
The S line variant adds sporty seats, premium upholstery, a black headliner, aluminum pedals, a flat-bottom steering wheel, rear privacy windows, and other enhancements. The Edition 1 grade further raises the luxury and convenience offerings with ventilated seats, rear heated seats, a heated steering wheel, matrix headlights, and more.
The 2024 Audi S6 e-tron lineup also includes features such as e-sound Sport, adaptive air suspension, sporty exterior styling, OLED taillights, larger wheels, a panoramic glass roof, premium leather upholstery with diamond stitching, a high end audio system, massaging seats, soft close doors, a garage door opener, office integration, and an augmented reality head up display.
