The modern Ford Bronco successfully channels nostalgia through its retro design, making it a prime candidate for various special editions. Following the release of the vibrant Bronco Free Wheeling package, Ford has introduced another tribute to its heritage: the 2025 Ford Bronco Stroppe Edition.

This particular edition honors Bill Stroppe, a prominent figure in the 1960s and ’70s known for modifying factory-built Broncos for competitive off-road racing, including the Baja 1000, where a Stroppe-modified Bronco achieved a historic win in 1969 as the only stock 4×4 to do so.

The Stroppe Edition is crafted to catch the eye, featuring a striking color scheme that pays homage to classic Broncos. The combination of Atlas Blue, Oxford White, and a unique Code Orange makes a bold statement, with the latter color making its debut on a non-Raptor vehicle.

The design incorporates squared-off wheel arches and Stroppe badging on the fenders, while the white grille prominently displays the “Bronco” script in Code Orange. Complementing this eye-catching appearance are a steel front bumper with matching Code Orange tow hooks and 17-inch black beadlock-capable wheels.

This special edition is based on a two-door Wildtrak model and is packed with advanced off-road features. It includes a disconnecting front anti-roll bar, 35-inch Goodyear Territory RT tires, and a HOSS 3.0 suspension with Fox internal bypass dampers, ensuring top performance in rugged environments.

The Stroppe Edition also boasts side steps with integrated rock rails, enhancing its utility. It is powered by a robust 330-horsepower 2.7-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and comes with standard all-wheel drive, promising an exhilarating driving experience both on highways and off-road trails.

Inside the Bronco Stroppe Edition, the retro theme continues with a white dash panel that features “Bronco” in Code Orange. This accent color is integrated into other interior elements such as the G.O.A.T drive-mode selector, grab handles, and stitching on the dashboard and seats. A unique “Stroppe Edition” badge on the center console further signifies this model’s special status, emphasizing Ford’s attention to detail and commitment to honoring its storied past while delivering modern amenities.

Though Ford has not yet revealed the pricing or the number of units that will be produced for the 2025 Bronco Stroppe Edition, it is expected to hit the market in January. This special edition is likely to attract both longtime fans of the Bronco and newcomers drawn to its distinctive styling and enhanced off-road capabilities, solidifying the model’s legacy as an enduring favorite among SUV enthusiasts.
