Cramento Motorcycles, a renowned name in Latin America’s bike modding scene, has once again showcased its exceptional craftsmanship. Despite a period of silence, their latest creation, a Yamaha Fazer 250, serves as a testament to their unparalleled skill.
Augusto Borghetti Chinelatto, the architect and urban planner behind Cramento, has transformed this humble 2008 model into a stunning custom head turner. Starting with a complete teardown, the Cramento team stripped the Fazer down to its bare essentials.
The original bodywork, wheels, rear drum brake, and lighting hardware were replaced with custom made components. Even the subframe was completely redesigned, with a looped handmade alternative featuring integrated LED lighting at the rear.
The result is a sleek and sophisticated machine that is sure to impress. The Fazer has undergone a comprehensive transformation, starting with the lighting system.
A modern seven inch LED headlight replaces the original unit, while Motogadget bar end turn signals provide a sleek look. The handlebars have been flattened and equipped with adjustable control levers, underslung mirrors, and compact switchgear.
A digital dash replaces the bulky original gauges, enhancing the bike’s modern aesthetic. Ergonomics have been improved with new billet rearsets. The rear wheel has been upgraded with a wider swingarm to accommodate a new disc brake featuring a drilled rotor, Nissin caliper, and braided stainless-steel hose.
The engine has received a performance boost with the addition of an oil cooler and an aftermarket pod filter and exhaust system. The bike’s appearance has been enhanced with a black paint job that combines gloss and matte finishes.
