Marek Krusynski, a talented custom bike builder based in New York, has a knack for transforming classic BMWs into stunning cafe racers. One such creation is this 1993 BMW K 1100 RS, which he meticulously stripped down to its bare essentials.

The original bodywork was replaced with custom components, including a sleek subframe and a comfortable leather saddle. A modern Nitron shock absorber and a billet aluminum linkage from RetroRides raise the rear suspension, while the front end retains the original forks, albeit shortened and paired with a CNC-machined top clamp housing a Motogadget Motoscope Pro display.

The bike rolls on Heidenau K 73 tires, ensuring optimal grip on the road. This custom build is a testament to Marek’s skill and passion for crafting unique motorcycles. The K 1100 RS, a classic sport-tourer from BMW, has been transformed into a sleek cafe racer by Marekswerk. The bike now sports a pair of ABM clip-on handlebars with Accossato grips, illuminated switches, and Brembo master cylinders.

Motogadget bar-end turn signals and mirrors, along with a Koso LED headlight, complete the front end. Custom CNC-milled rearsets complement the clip-ons for an aggressive riding position. The original Motorrad gas tank remains, but with custom, Witcher wolf badges replacing the BMW roundels.

The electronics have been upgraded with fresh wiring, a Shorai lithium-ion battery, and a Motogadget control module. The engine has also received a makeover, including custom heat-wrapped headers and an aftermarket silencer. The bike is finished in a stealthy matte black, with the Witcher badges adding a touch of Polish flair.
