The legendary brand Maruti Suzuki has unveiled its first midsize SUV. This morning, Maruti Suzuki came out with the details of the brand new Grand Vitara. It is expected to be the grand car for the Maruti Suzuki. What Are The Features Offered In Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara?
At the launch event, Maruti Suzuki revealed the features of the new SUV. The car will be loaded with features as this is the most demanding part of a car these days. It will get a 360-degree parking camera, an Infotainment system with connected media, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, keyless entry, and a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Additionally, Maruti Suzuki is upgrading the heads-up display. We saw this amazing feature in the all-new Brezza also. There will be six airbags in the cabin for full safety.
Grand Vitara: Specifications & Power
According to sources, Grand Vitara is based on the same platform (Suzuki’s Global C platform) as Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. Also, Maruti Suzuki Brezza is said to be built on this platform. Grand Vitara will have two engine options. The first is a 1.5-liter mild hybrid engine, and the other will be a new 1.5-liter strong hybrid engine.
The mild hybrid engine will generate 135Nm, and it will be mated with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Maruti Suzuki claims that it will have a mileage of 21.11 kmpl. On the other hand, the strong hybrid engine will come with an e-CVT automatic transmission. The most exciting feature of this engine is that it has the best-in-class fuel efficiency of 27.9 kmpl.

Grand Vitara: Expected Launch Date & Price
Maruti Suzuki unveiled the details of the new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara on 20th July. The details related to price and the launch are not yet out. But, we can expect the arrival of this SUV in October this year. This SUV is already in production and will roll out soon. Therefore, the price details are also not yet revealed. We expect this vehicle to be launched at Rs.11 lakh to 18 lakh in India.
