Air India is seeing a surge in travel between India and Europe! To meet this demand, they’re adding more flights to three popular European cities: Amsterdam, Milan, and Copenhagen.
Air India has been steadily adding more international flights over the last year and a half. This makes sense as travel restrictions ease, and they have more planes in their fleet.
Here’s the breakdown of the additional flights:
- Amsterdam: Daily flights from Delhi, starting June 22nd (up from 4 weekly flights)
- Milan: Daily flights from Delhi, starting June 22nd (up from 5 weekly flights)
- Copenhagen: 5 weekly flights from Delhi, starting June 22nd (up from 4 weekly flights)
Air India is hoping these extra flights will make them the go-to airline for travelers between Europe and India, especially for those wanting to explore other parts of Asia. They’ll connect you seamlessly through their hub in Delhi.
All these new flights to Europe will be on Air India’s Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. These planes are known for being comfortable, with 18 lie-flat seats in Business Class and 236 spacious seats in Economy.
With these changes, Air India will offer a total of 80 flights a week to and from seven European destinations: Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Milan, Paris, Vienna, and Zurich. These additional flights will start on June 16th.
