The 2024 generation of Husqvarna Motorcycles introduces an exciting update to the Vitpilen and Svartpilen models, marking the most significant technical enhancements since their initial launch in 2018. The redesigned Vitpilen 401, Vitpilen 125, Svartpilen 401, and Svartpilen 125 boast brand-new engines, revamped chassis, cutting-edge technology, and fresh styling.

Engineered to deliver a consistently enjoyable, memorable, and dynamic riding experience, these latest Vitpilen and Svartpilen models cater to urban commuting as well as weekend exploration, allowing both novice and seasoned riders to break free from the ordinary.

Retaining the beloved agility of the Vitpilen and Svartpilen models, an all-new steel trellis frame, lightweight aluminum swingarm, and WP suspension ensure precise and predictable handling. The 2024 lineup features a longer wheelbase, updated frame, and revised seat height, enhancing cornering behavior while maintaining renowned stability. The Vitpilen models benefit from new handlebars, reducing weight for highly responsive steering. Powering these machines is a new, more compact engine family, all EURO 5+-compliant, with improved weight distribution and a revised gearbox.

The Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401, driven by a 399 cc, 45 hp, single-cylinder engine housed in a steel trellis chassis, offer an engaging and dynamic ride within and beyond urban environments. With a new aluminum swingarm, these models maintain nimble handling and provide excellent rider feedback.

Shared technology includes cornering MTC, switchable ride modes, adjustable WP suspension, ByBre brakes, and Bosch cornering-sensitive ABS, ensuring powerful stopping power. Features like Easy Shift technology for clutchless gear changes, a 5” bonded glass TFT display, a premium paint finish with decals, and 17” wheels contribute to the distinctive style of the Vitpilen and Svartpilen models.

The Svartpilen 125 and Vitpilen 125, powered by a 125 cc, 15 hp single-cylinder engine, offer a learning and exploration opportunity, combining ergonomic design with high-end components for a reassuring ride. With WP suspension, ByBre brakes, and Bosch cornering-sensitive ABS, these models provide an outstanding power-to-weight ratio, catering to the next generation of young riders.

Technical highlights of the 2024 models include a new frame and swingarm accommodating the off-center rear suspension, a 5” bonded glass TFT display, open cartridge front fork, premium paint finish with overcoated decals, low seat height of 820 mm, cornering ABS, Easy Shift, connectivity features, LED headlight with positioning light ring, spoked 17” wheels with premium Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires (Svartpilen 125 and Svartpilen 401), and cast aluminum 17” wheels with 6-spoke aero design and premium Michelin Power 6 tires (Vitpilen 125 and Vitpilen 401).
