The Greaser Garage in Genoa, Italy, has showcased its exceptional craftsmanship once again, this time with a stunning custom Ducati SportClassic. Starting with a GT1000 model from Ducati’s SportClassic range, the builders started on a brave journey to transform it into a one-off masterpiece.
The custom Ducati received a complete overhaul, starting with the bodywork. The original outfit was stripped away, making room for a custom front fairing reminiscent of the vintage 750SS, a bespoke fuel tank, and a sleek cafe racer tail unit. These elements combined to create a cohesive design with hints of the limited-edition Ducati MH900e.
Under the hood, or rather under the tank, the Ducati boasts an air-cooled 992cc L-twin motor generating 92 hp and 67 pound-feet of torque. The powertrain received upgrades, including a curvy MASS exhaust system and a new aftermarket dry clutch with a transparent cover, adding both style and performance to the custom build.
In the cockpit, modern touches blend seamlessly with classic aesthetics, featuring a Motogadget Chronoclassic dial, Tommaselli clip-ons, and Brembo control levers. To complete the package, the Ducati showcases a breathtaking blue and silver livery, ensuring it stands out wherever it rides.
