Starting with a 2017 Ducati Scrambler, Pepo transformed it into a street tracker-inspired marvel. The initial step involved selecting new tires for the stock wheels and opting for the ContiSportAttack 4 from Continental.
The suspension largely remained stock, retaining the original upside-down forks, but the rear was upgraded with a piggyback YSS shock absorber featuring adjustable rebound and settings for both low- and high-speed compression damping.
For enhanced braking, Pepo installed Fren Tubo brake lines and a premium master cylinder. The standout feature of this transformation lies in the aesthetic modifications, beginning with a sleek tracker-style tail unit and carbon fiber side covers attached to a modified subframe.
The new tail is topped with a plain black leather seat for added comfort. At the rear, a slim license plate bracket with integrated turn signals and an aftermarket LED taillight were added.
While the stock fuel tank remains, several custom touches were added to the front. Bespoke fork guards and a new fender complement the front wheel, and the lighting was enhanced with an aftermarket headlamp and LED blinkers similar to those at the rear.
A quick-action throttle, Domino grips, and a left-side folding rearview mirror are now elements of the Rizoma handlebar in the cockpit. Additionally, the OEM instrumentation was kept in place along with adjustable billet aluminum control levers.
New Ducabike footpegs finish out the ergonomic changes. Thanks to a unique stainless-steel exhaust and DNA air filtration, the L-twin engine now breathes more easily.
