This stunning custom motorcycle is the brainchild of renowned builder Axel Budde, instantly recognizable by his signature touches.

Commissioned by a free-spirited Norwegian client, the bike started life as a 1984 Moto Guzzi Le Mans III. Upon arriving at Kaffeemaschine’s Hamburg workshop, the Le Mans was stripped down to its iconic Tonti frame, which was then given a sleek matte-grey finish.

Lacking its original bodywork, the bike received a unique ensemble of parts, including a modified Le Mans II fuel tank and a bespoke carbon fiber front fairing.

Completing the look is a handcrafted seat, minimalist taillight, and a discreet rear mudguard. Florian’s Moto Guzzi Le Mans III got a Kaffeemaschine makeover. Stock wheels got a matte-gray refresh and grippy Avon tires.

Performance upgrades are par for the course with Kaffeemaschine, including upgraded suspension, Brembo brakes, and a reworked 1,000cc engine producing 84 hp. Custom intake, exhaust, and Motogadget electronics complete the performance package.

The cockpit features a Motogadget ChronoClassic dial and clip-on handlebars with bar-end signals. CNC-machined rearsets and a deep blue paint job with Alfa Romeo inspiration finish the cafe racer look.

The weight reduction to 406 pounds is a bonus. Every component has been touched, showcasing Kaffeemaschine’s dedication to full transformations.
