A Japanese craftsman has meticulously transformed a classic Suzuki into a custom masterpiece. The heart of the project, the 249cc single-cylinder engine, has undergone a complete overhaul.

Modern breathing aids now complement the rebuilt carburetor, while a hand-crafted stainless steel exhaust system with reverse megaphone mufflers roars in defiance. The bike’s silhouette has been dramatically altered with a custom looped rear subframe, adorned by a chrome fender, LED taillight, and a sleek black leather seat.

The crowning glory is undoubtedly the one-off aluminum fuel tank, finished in a striking green and silver livery and emblazoned with Heiwa logos. Up front, a billet aluminum bracket supports a high-mounted fender, completing the custom look.

Beneath the seat, a handcrafted faux oil tank fills the subframe triangle, completing the bike’s revamped look. This compartment, however, serves as a secondary fuel cell, with electronics housed separately on the right side.

The original forks have been overhauled and retained, while the rear suspension benefits from adjustable Kayaba shocks. New 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels wrapped in Dunlop D603 dual-purpose tires provide grip on both road and off-road surfaces.

A compact Bates-style headlight and LED turn signals mounted low on the frame illuminate the path ahead. The minimalist cockpit features a padded motocross handlebar with basic switches, Renthal grips, and a single right-side mirror. A small offset speedometer attached to the top clamp is the sole instrument.
