Antonio’s team, known for their innovative spirit and exceptional craftsmanship, undertook a custom motorcycle project 2022 for a discerning German client eager to celebrate his 55th birthday.
The client, impressed by the team’s reputation, visited their workshop in Pozega to discuss the build in detail. Starting with a BMW R 100, Incerum stripped the bike down to its core, removing the rear subframe and replacing it with a minimalist design.
The suspension was upgraded with adjustable YSS shocks, while the original forks were meticulously restored. The engine received internal work and breathed through refurbished carburetors and custom exhaust pipes.
The builders retained the iconic R 100 fuel tank, giving it a new life with a rebuild and custom touches. The classic tank now sports the shop’s logo and a CNC-machined cap. A bobber-style leather saddle sits behind it, framed by custom fenders. Heidenau K 60 tires grip both ends, wrapped around the original wheels.
Up front, a minimalist handlebar equipped with Motogadget components and a single, multi-function instrument completes the cockpit. LED lighting illuminates the rear, while billet aluminum foot pegs and a striking blue and gold color scheme finalize the bike’s aesthetic.
