India’s burgeoning population has undeniably fostered fertile ground for exceptional talent, and custom motorcycles are no exception. Rajputana Customs, helmed by the visionary Vijay Singh Ajairajpura, stands as a testament to this burgeoning scene. Their latest creation, a fascinating bobber, is a love letter to the golden age of motorcycling.

Starting with a bare-bones Royal Enfield Classic 350, the Rajputana team started on a meticulous journey of transformation. A centerpiece of this build is the handcrafted girder fork, a testament to the team’s engineering prowess and unwavering commitment to authenticity.

Its construction required countless hours of meticulous labor, but the result is undeniably worth it. The rear suspension echoes the classic aesthetic while subtly incorporating modern technology to ensure a balanced ride. Completing the retro ensemble, old-school drum brakes adorn both wheels, adding to the bike’s undeniable charm.

This build is a masterful fusion of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary engineering, resulting in a motorcycle that is as visually striking as it is technically impressive. Rajputana Customs has once again demonstrated their ability to create motorcycles that are not just machines, but works of art.

Rajputana’s custom motorcycle is a minimalist masterpiece built around a foundation of aftermarket wheels laced with stainless steel spokes and wrapped in substantial Coker rubber tires. The heart of the bike is a handcrafted fuel tank, a testament to Rajputana’s in-house fabrication expertise. Finished with a billet aluminum cap, the tank is a striking centerpiece.

A solo bobber saddle, embossed with the iconic Royal Enfield logo, anchors the rider while complementing the custom handlebar, which is wrapped in high-quality black leather and equipped with reverse controls and minimal switchgear. The bodywork is equally stripped down, featuring sculpted side covers and a shortened rear fender that cleverly integrates the taillight and license plate.

To maintain the bike’s uncluttered aesthetic, Rajputana has eschewed traditional accessories like mirrors and turn signals, resulting in a raw, unadorned look. While the engine’s core remains untouched, meticulous attention has been given to the intake and exhaust systems, enhancing the motorcycle’s character without compromising its essence.
