Heavy metal is more than music; it’s a potent force that has shaped countless lives. A few bands, like Motorhead, King Diamond, and Scorpions, stand as titans of the genre, their impact undeniable.
United by their music and the rhythmic expertise of Swedish drummer Mikkey Dee, these icons embody the spirit of heavy metal. Now, Dee’s passion for motorcycles has brought him into the spotlight once more.
Indian Motorcycle’s Forged program, a yearly initiative to create limited-edition custom bikes in collaboration with renowned builders and influential figures, has chosen Dee as its latest recipient.
Following builds for Twenty-One Pilots’ Joshua Dun and country singer Nikki Lane, the third and final 2025 Forged bike is set to be a testament to Dee’s rock and ride lifestyle.
Taking inspiration from heavy metal legends, Indian Motorcycle and custom garage Unique Custom Cycles collaborated on a third iteration of their “Forged” series, this time transforming a stock Scout into a head-turning chopper.
Just like the previous builds honoring Indian’s heritage, this machine stays true to the spirit of the rider Motörhead drummer Mikkey Dee.
While the engine remains untouched a powerful 1250cc V-twin the rest of the bike undergoes a dramatic makeover to embody the essence of both chopper culture and Dee’s musical influence.
