Asen Zahariev, a Bulgarian builder based in Sofia, has a reputation for creating exceptional motorcycles. His latest project, a Suzuki Bandit dubbed “The Last Samurai,” is no exception. This meticulously crafted machine showcases Zahariev’s skill at transforming a standard motorcycle into a unique and visually stunning work of art.
Starting with a Suzuki GSF600, Zahariev stripped the bike down to its essentials and replaced the stock subframe with a custom-built alternative. The rear end was then redesigned, incorporating hidden electronics and a sleek black leather seat with gold stitching. A full suite of LED lights and a swingarm-mounted license plate complete the rear section.
The swingarm itself is 130 mm longer than the original and is paired with a three-spoke hoop from a Suzuki GSX-R. The rear suspension has been thoroughly overhauled to match the updated geometry, ensuring optimal performance. The result is a stunning and highly functional motorcycle that is a testament to Zahariev’s exceptional talent.
The custom Bandit 600, a stunning blend of old-school charm and modern flair, is a testament to the art of motorcycle customization. The bike’s aggressive stance is achieved through lowered forks and a smaller front fender, while a sleek LED headlight from Doxmall adorns the upper forks.
The cockpit features CNC-machined clip-on handlebars and bar-end mirrors, creating a minimalist yet stylish look. The brakes have been upgraded with new rotors, and the engine has received a thorough overhaul, including a new exhaust system and a revamped oil cooler to prevent overheating during spirited rides.
The aesthetic of the bike is striking, with a burgundy frame and black accents complemented by gold details on the brake calipers and Suzuki tank graphics. The custom paint job not only enhances the bike’s visual appeal but also adds a unique touch of personality. The combination of classic lines and modern upgrades results in a truly one-of-a-kind motorcycle that is sure to turn heads wherever it goes.
