Incerum Customs, a Croatian customization shop specializing in BMW Motorrad’s classic air-cooled boxers, has transformed a 1983 BMW R 100 into a stunning bobber. The Incerum team has meticulously overhauled every aspect of the bike, from the engine to the chassis. The result is a unique and eye catching bobber that pays homage to the original R 100 while adding a modern twist.

The Incerum team started by giving the motorcycle’s engine a complete rebuild. They installed a big bore kit from Siebenrock, increasing the engine’s displacement to 1,070cc. They also made modifications to the intake and exhaust systems. The bike now breathes through a pair of aftermarket pod filters and exhales through a custom stainless steel exhaust system with dual FYG silencers.

The team then stripped the bike’s subframe and replaced it with a custom built, bare bones alternative. The new subframe is just long enough to support a bobber style seat base and features multi-function Kellermann LEDs. The design of the bike is clean and minimalist, with a focus on essential components.

The Incerum team’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the build. The paintwork is flawless, and the custom-made components are of the highest quality. The finished product is a truly stunning example of a modern bobber that remains faithful to the spirit of the original R 100.

The Incerum Customs BMW R 100 Toti is a masterpiece of custom motorcycle design, seamlessly blending classic aesthetics with modern enhancements. The meticulously crafted leather saddle, custom built fender, and upgraded suspension not only raised the bike’s visual appeal but also provide exceptional comfort and performance.

The stock fuel tank retains its iconic shape while being adorned with a fresh filler cap and Incerum badges, adding a touch of sophistication. The front end features a bespoke mudguard, while the OEM forks have been refurbished and lowered for an improved riding posture.

The bike’s wheels have been repainted and fitted with dual purpose Heidenau rubber, ensuring both on-road and off-road capabilities. The brakes have been overhauled, and all electronics have been rewired through a Motogadget controller, providing modern convenience and connectivity. The lighting system has been enhanced with an additional yellow-tinted fog light, and the cockpit area has been customized with a stylish handlebar, compact switches, and bar end turn signals.

The bike’s instrumentation has been upgraded with a multi function ChronoClassic dial, neatly integrated into the headlight bucket. This addition not only provides essential information but also adds a touch of retro charm.

To complete the transformation, the Incerum team applied a stunning paint scheme, combining brown, orange, and gold pinstriping. The textured wrinkle finish on various components adds a unique dimension to the aesthetic. The BMW R 100 Toti is a testament to Incerum Customs’ exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This custom airhead is sure to make a lasting impression on the motorcycle modding scene, showcasing the company’s ability to create truly extraordinary machines. With its blend of classic design and modern innovation, the R 100 Toti is not just a motorcycle but a work of art that will be admired for years to come.
