Harley-Davidson’s Breakout, a classic cruiser, is a popular choice among motorcycle enthusiasts. Renowned for its powerful engine, abundant chrome, and customization potential, the Breakout offers a canvas for riders to express their unique style. While Harley provides factory personalization options, many riders seek to go beyond the standard offerings.

This is where custom shops like Thunderbike step in, transforming the Breakout into truly one of a kind machines. Thunderbike, a German customization shop, has gained a reputation for its exceptional work on the Breakout model. With a series of in house designed parts called Grand Prix, Thunderbike has created a distinct aesthetic and enhanced performance for the Breakout.

The Grand Prix components include an aluminum fuel tank, rear fender, seat, triple tree with increased rake, and handlebars that are directly bolted to the upper tubes for a sportier look and improved handling. Thunderbike’s attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident in every Breakout they modify.

From the intricate paintwork to the precise fit and finish of the custom parts, each bike is a testament to the shop’s expertise. The result is a stunning and highly personalized motorcycle that stands out from the crowd. The Harley-Davidson Razor 6.0 is a custom built motorcycle that stands out with its striking appearance and powerful performance.

The bike’s 21-inch front wheel and 18-inch rear wheel, identical to those found on the stock Breakout, are shielded by aftermarket fenders and feature a straight spoke design. A custom suspension system from Hyperpro enhances the bike’s handling and comfort.

While the Milwaukee Eight 114 V-twin engine remains stock, the air filter and mufflers have been upgraded with Screamin’ Eagle and KessTech components, respectively. The Razor 6.0’s color scheme is subdued, with dark shades of red and blue complementing the bike’s aesthetic.

Although the exact cost of building the Razor 6.0 is unknown, it is likely significantly higher than the base price of the stock Breakout, which currently starts at $22,499. The extensive customization, including the custom wheels, suspension, exhaust system, and other components, would have added considerable expense to the project.

Additionally, the labor involved in assembling the bike and ensuring its performance and safety would have further increased the cost. The Razor 6.0 is a testament to the creativity and skill of its builders, who have transformed a stock Breakout into a truly unique and impressive motorcycle.

The bike’s aggressive styling, powerful engine, and refined handling make it a standout choice for riders seeking a custom motorcycle that offers both performance and visual appeal.
