Side Rock Cycles, renowned for their transformative work on donor bikes, has once again outdone themselves with a stunning flat-track custom based on a 1990 Honda NX650 Dominator.
This project marks the first time the Bournemouth-based workshop has collaborated with a Honda, utilizing a long-time resident of their facility as the foundation for this bespoke creation.

The Dominator’s robust platform provided an ideal canvas for SRC’s customization expertise, allowing them to strip away the original bodywork and replace it with a sleek, minimalist design that perfectly embodies the spirit of flat-track racing.
Shedding its original skin, this Honda NX650 was transformed into a stunning flat tracker by the talented crew at SRC. The stock subframe was ditched in favor of a sleek, custom-built unit that hugged the rear wheel tightly.

Packed neatly within the new frame are modern essentials like a lithium-ion battery and the ECU, all kept discreet. A stylish tail section with integrated plates flanks the handcrafted leather seat, boasting rich brown upholstery and diamond stitching for a touch of luxury.
