2024 KIA EV9: Interior

The basic model will come with rear-wheel drive and 215 horsepower. As for the long-range version, it is a very good drive too, but its peak power drops to 201 horses. There is a feature known as the all-wheel-drive mode, which will help it reach a combined 379 horsepower.
Furthermore, on top of all this, the Boost mode will increase the peak torque output as well as provide more quick acceleration. The company claims that the AWD EV9 will go to 62 mph in just 5.3 seconds. There is also a GT model that will come with the 2025 model and might offer 576 horsepower.
The Standard model will come with a 76.1-kWh battery pack. The Standard Long Range model, as well as the all-wheel-drive model, will come with a larger 99.8-kWh pack. Moreover, Kia revealed that the Long Range EV9 should drive as far as 300 miles between charges.
But the dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant won’t have a similar range. The charging for this will use an 800-volt electrical architecture that allows for DC fast chargers that recharge the battery very quickly; it is said to charge 149 miles of range in only 15 minutes.
2024 KIA EV9: Price
The pricing for the KIA EV9 hasn’t been revealed yet, but many expected the price for the basic model to start between $50,000 and $60,000.
