Dubai Police continues to elevate its fleet of patrol cars with the addition of the McLaren Artura, following closely on the heels of the Lamborghini Urus Performante.
The McLaren Artura now stands proudly alongside the Dubai Police Force’s flagship vehicles, including the Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin One-77, and Ferrari FF.
Not to be outdone, the Dubai Police also boasts an impressive array of luxury cars, including the Bentley Continental GT, Lamborghini Aventador, Audi R8s, and Nissan GTR.
In a move underscoring its commitment to public safety, the Dubai Police Force, in collaboration with McLaren Dubai, has introduced the McLaren Artura supercar to its patrol vehicle lineup.
With a starting price of $238k, the Artura packs a punch with 671 horsepower and operates as a hybrid electric sports car. It holds the distinction of being McLaren’s most fuel-efficient model, emitting just 104g/km of CO2.
Powered by a new 3.0 L twin-turbocharged V6 engine coupled with an electric motor, the Artura accelerates from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in a mere three seconds and achieves a top speed of 330 km/h (205 mph).
Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, praised the strategic partnership with McLaren Dubai, a division of the esteemed Juma Khalifa Al Nabooda Group. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between the UAE’s public and private sectors in fostering unity and cohesion within society.
Al-Marri highlighted Artura’s cutting-edge technology and exceptional performance as valuable assets for Dubai’s Police Officers in their mission to uphold public safety.
The addition of the Artura enriches the Dubai Police’s already impressive fleet, which includes the Bugatti Veyron, Aston Martin One-77, Ferrari FF, and Lamborghini Urus Performante.
Other notable vehicles in the Dubai Police’s renowned supercar patrol fleet include the Mercedes SLS, Bentley Continental GT, Lamborghini Aventador, Audi R8s, and Nissan GTR, all adorned in the force’s signature Green and White livery.
