A tragic incident has occurred on the German autobahn involving a Ferrari Enzo. The crash occurred near Munich, just miles away from the dealership where the vehicle was previously housed.
Only 400 Ferrari Enzo examples were ever produced, emphasizing the exclusivity of this model. However, following the crash on the A99 section of the autobahn, one less Enzo exists in the world.
Reports indicate that the driver lost control of the vehicle near the Neuherberg exit, resulting in a collision with the guardrail. Although no other vehicles were involved, debris from the crash struck another vehicle, causing injuries to three individuals.
The Munich Police Department is conducting an investigation into the incident, with the driver’s identity remaining undisclosed. It’s been reported that an employee from the nearby Ferrari dealership was behind the wheel at the time of the accident.
Photographs released by the police depict extensive damage to the Enzo, with the front end completely destroyed. Despite the severity of the damage, there remains speculation about the potential restoration of the vehicle.
