Mercedes has never manufactured a Maybach variant of the G-Class, although they have produced special editions like the Maybach G 650 Landaulet in 2017. However, the Metagarage 1-of-1 G900 Maybach represents a unique conversion.
Born from a Mercedes-AMG G 63, the Metagarage G900 Maybach underwent extensive modifications at a dealership in Dubai. While retaining iconic G-Wagon elements, such as round headlights and exterior hinges, nearly every other component was upgraded or replaced.
The tuning house introduced Maybach-inspired design elements, including a distinctive radiator grille and additional chrome accents. The interior received a luxurious makeover, featuring white perforated leather upholstery and amenities such as rear passenger entertainment displays and adjustable footrests.
Performance enhancements were also applied, with the addition of a turbocharged LSX V8 engine, resulting in staggering horsepower figures and quarter-mile times. Despite the undisclosed pricing, the Metagarage G900 Maybach offers a unique blend of luxury and performance for discerning buyers.
