Automobili Lamborghini has announced its record-breaking financial results for the year 2023, heralding it as the brand’s most successful year yet.
The company has reported remarkable revenues totaling €2.66 billion, representing a significant increase of 12.1 percent compared to the previous year. Moreover, operating profit surged to an impressive €723 million, marking a substantial 17.8 percent rise over the figures recorded in 2022.
This exceptional performance has been attributed to various factors, including the successful delivery of 10,112 vehicles to clients worldwide throughout the course of 2023. This figure reflects a notable increase of 9.5 percent compared to the deliveries made in 2022, reaffirming Lamborghini’s strong market presence and customer demand.
Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s achievements, stating:
“Automobili Lamborghini continues to surpass expectations, consistently setting new records across multiple fronts. These results underscore the validity of our strategic decisions and vision, driving the organic growth of the company.”
Winkelmann further emphasized the significance of the operating profit, which reached €723 million, accompanied by an impressive operating margin of 27.2 percent. These figures serve as clear indicators of the effectiveness of Lamborghini’s chosen strategies, providing a solid foundation for future endeavors and ambitious goals.
In terms of product performance, the Urus Super SUV emerged as the best-selling model of the year, with 6,087 units delivered globally. Following closely behind, the Huracán achieved a record-breaking delivery of 3,962 units, further contributing to Lamborghini’s success in the market.
Looking ahead to the year 2024, Lamborghini anticipates introducing new and innovative models, including the highly anticipated Urus Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) and the next iteration of the Huracán. The company is set to commence deliveries of the Revuelto, a new addition to its prestigious lineup, with pricing starting at over $608,000.
