Collaborating closely with a discerning customer and Bugatti’s partner in Dubai, they sought to capture the spirit of the Type 55 and infuse it into the contemporary Chiron Super Sport.
The design process meticulously integrated elements of the Type 55’s iconic paint scheme, with black and yellow accents dynamically breaking up the Chiron’s surfaces. The focal point, a black centerline reminiscent of the Type 55, flows seamlessly from the grille to the rear fenders, evoking the spirit of the original car.
Careful attention to detail extended to the interior, where sleek black leather and bespoke accents pay homage to the Type 55. Unique touches, such as embroidered headrests and hand-stitched ’55’ motifs, create a harmonious connection between past and present. The ’55 1 of 1′ commission celebrates Jean Bugatti’s enduring legacy, blending timeless design with modern craftsmanship.
Through meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering dedication, Bugatti continues to honor the visionary contributions of its founder.
