Nissan’s luxury brand, Infiniti, introduces a new addition to its lineup: the 2025 QX80, heralding a fresh generation of the full-size premium SUV, continuing its flagship role and offering a look into the company’s future with a redesigned aesthetic.
Previewed by the QX Monograph Concept, the design language dubbed ‘Artistry in Motion’ strikes a balance between familiarity and innovation. Featuring a reimagined grille, split lighting units, a flat hood, flush-mounted door handles, a redesigned greenhouse, and a full-width light bar at the rear, the QX80 embodies modern elegance.
Inside, the all-new QX80 boasts a tech-infused cockpit, highlighted by dual 14.3-inch displays. The central screen integrates Google features, including the Play Store, Assistant, and Maps.
Complemented by a blend of leather, metal, and wood, along with 64-color ambient lighting, a push-button gear shifter, a center console cool box, heated and ventilated seats for the first and second rows, heated third-row seats, and more, the interior exudes luxury and functionality.
Moreover, the QX80 showcases enhanced intelligence with an optional biometric cooling system. Utilizing an infrared sensor in the headliner, it detects occupants’ temperature on the second row and adjusts the climate control accordingly. The inclusion of new cameras and the option for seating configurations for seven or eight passengers further raise its appeal.
Under the hood, a new 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine delivers robust performance, generating 450 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. Paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and equipped with a four-wheel-drive system and intelligent air suspension, the QX80 ensures capable performance both on and off the road.
Enthusiasts can anticipate the launch of the 2025 QX80 as orders open in the summer, with pricing starting at $82,450 plus a $1,995 destination charge. While commanding a higher price than its predecessor, the QX80 promises an unparalleled blend of luxury, technology, and performance in the full-size SUV segment.
