For the 2024 model year, Chrysler offers two models, the Pacifica, and the Voyager, with the latter being exclusively available for fleets. Both models have been subjected to a safety recall due to concerns regarding windshield adhesion, affecting a small number of vehicles produced at the Windsor Assembly Plant.

Chrysler became aware of the issue on January 13, noting that certain vehicles may have been equipped with front windshields with inadequate adhesion to the body, posing a safety risk in the event of a crash. As a result, dealers will replace the windshields in affected vehicles by approved procedures, with notifications sent to owners on May 17.

Approximately 223 vehicles, comprising Pacifica and Voyager models, are affected by the recall. While the Voyager is exclusively available for fleets and features a front-wheel-drive configuration with an internal combustion engine,

the Pacifica offers both front-wheel drive and optional all-wheel drive, along with a plug-in hybrid powertrain. Customers can easily check if their vehicles are subject to the recall by entering the VIN on Chrysler’s safety recall portal. Despite the recall, both models continue to offer versatility, comfort, and innovative features for families and fleet operators alike.
