Aston Martin is refining its ultra-luxury performance SUV lineup, opting to continue with only the higher-powered DBX707 model following a mid-cycle facelift. This strategic decision aims to compete more aggressively with rivals like the Ferrari Purosangue and BMW XM Label Red, positioning the DBX707 as the flagship choice.

Originally introduced in 2020, the Aston Martin DBX bids farewell to its other variants, including the 542-hp version, as the DBX707 becomes the exclusive powertrain option. Powered by the Mercedes-AMG M177 twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine, the DBX707 delivers an impressive 707 PS and 900 Nm of torque, maintaining its mechanical prowess with the nine-speed wet clutch transmission and carbon ceramic brakes.

However, with deliveries slated for the second quarter of the year, Aston Martin has revamped the DBX707’s interior in a swift mid-cycle update. The refreshed cabin boasts a “striking new interior design” and the introduction of the company’s “all-new infotainment system,” elevating both luxury and technological sophistication.

The DBX707 now features Aston Martin’s in-house developed infotainment system, complete with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and multiple USB-C connections for seamless connectivity. The interface, displayed on a Pure Black touchscreen, retains traditional controls for essential functions like gear selection and drive mode, ensuring intuitive operation.

Interior enhancements include a larger 12.3-inch instrument cluster, a redesigned dashboard, and an integrated 10.25-inch infotainment display on the center console. Aston Martin’s signature styling cues, including a new steering wheel design, updated materials, and customizable interior trims, further enhance the luxury experience.

Additionally, the audio system receives an upgrade to either the standard Premium Audio 800w 14 speakers or the optional Bowers & Wilkins 23-speaker surround sound system. Exterior updates include new paint colors and wheel designs, enhancing the DBX707’s visual presence and whole appeal as the pinnacle of ultra-luxury SUVs.
