Before Volvo released the EX90, they made a big deal about how safe it was. They said it had the highest safety standards of any Volvo car before it. They talked about all the fancy sensors and cameras it has to watch the road and the driver.

When they launched the EX30, they talked about its safety too. They said it protects everyone inside with really good seatbelts and a strong design that meets Volvo’s high safety standards.

To show how safe the EX30 is, Volvo did a crash test in their lab. They crashed the big EX90 into the side of the small EX30.

In a video about the crash, a person from Volvo said that the two people sitting on the side that got hit were protected well. They didn’t get hurt much.

Both cars are designed to keep people safe in a crash. The EX30 spreads out the force of the crash so it doesn’t hurt as much. The EX90 has a special part at the front that helps absorb the crash’s energy. This means the smaller car doesn’t get as damaged as you might think.

Volvo says that while crashes won’t go away, their cars are getting safer. They’re using better designs and technology to make sure people don’t get hurt as badly in crashes.
