Regrettably, the 2024 model year marks the farewell of the formidable 702-horsepower Ram 1500 TRX, equipped with the 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8 and an array of off-road features.

However, the automotive world continues to evolve, and Stellantis has revealed the subtly enhanced 2025 Ram 1500 lineup, including the 2025 Ram 1500 RHO, powered by a 540-horsepower 3.0-liter Hurricane inline-six twin-turbo engine.

The 2025 Ram 1500 RHO, affectionately dubbed “Rhino,” distinguishes itself from the TRX as a playful nod to competitors like the Ford F-150 Raptor. While it may not directly succeed the TRX, it promises an exhilarating driving experience tailored for off-road enthusiasts.

Hints from Ram officials suggest the possibility of another high-performance Ram 1500 variant in the future, potentially surpassing the 720-horsepower 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor R. Until then, enthusiasts can still relish the legacy of the 2024 Ram 1500 TRX and explore its aftermarket potential.

Atlanta-based Road Show International showcases a striking RS Edition of the TRX, featuring a Black Satin exterior finish and an array of customizations. Meanwhile, Miami-based Wheels Boutique presents its own modified 2022 Ram 1500 TRX, boasting performance upgrades and a distinctive aesthetic.

These custom builds demonstrate the enduring appeal of the TRX platform and its potential for personalization, ensuring that enthusiasts can continue to enjoy its unrivaled performance long after its production ceases.
