Alfa Romeo has been making special versions of their cars lately, but they’re also getting ready to move away from gasoline engines. Last year, they released limited-edition versions of the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio to celebrate their 100th anniversary. Then they made Carbon Editions and Tributo Italiano Editions. Now, as they get closer to ending the Quadrifoglio lineup with gas engines, they’ve launched the 2024 Giulia and 2024 Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sport models.
The Giulia Quadrifoglio Super Sport will only have 275 units worldwide, with 72 coming to the U.S. The Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sport is even rarer, with only 175 units worldwide, and just 52 available for purchase in the U.S.
Both cars have a powerful twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 engine making 505 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque. They come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. It would have been nice to see upgrades like a more powerful engine and a limited-slip differential, but unfortunately, those aren’t included.
Instead, the Super Sport models have some cool exterior and interior features. Outside, they have a black Quadrifoglio badge, carbon fiber mirror caps, carbon fiber accents, black Brembo calipers, and special dark wheels. Inside, they have red carbon fiber trim, embroidered headrests, and a leather and Alcantara steering wheel.
You can get the Giulia Super Sport in three colors: white, metallic black, or red. The Stelvio Super Sport comes in either black or red, but not white.
The 2024 Giulia Quadrifoglio Super Sport starts at $88,365, which is $5,400 more than the standard model. The Stelvio Quadrifoglio Super Sport starts at $95,965, which is $7,000 more than the standard Stelvio. You can order them now, and they’ll be delivered in the fall.
