The 2025 Mazda3 is here, and it mostly looks like the 2024 model, but there’s a change. The base model, called the 2.5 S trim, is back for the hatchback, and it’s cheaper.
The starting price is $26,135, which is $720 less than last year’s starting price of $26,855.
Mazda is adding some new features too. If you go for the Select Sport trim or higher, you’ll get Alexa Built-in. This means you can use voice commands to change things like the temperature or radio station in your car. Another new feature for 2025 is Mazda Online Navigation. It comes standard on the Premium trim or higher. This navigation system gives you better directions through updates sent over the air.
Good news for those who love manual transmission: the six-speed manual option is still available in 2025. You can get it with the S Premium trim ($31,835) and the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. But if you want the Turbo model, which starts at $33,285 for the sedan Carbon Edition, you won’t get a manual option. The most expensive Mazda3 is the Turbo Premium Plus hatchback, which costs $38,135.
The hatchback will be in dealerships this summer, and the sedan will arrive in early fall.
