Marking a significant milestone, Porsche Iberica reveals the 911 Cuarenta Edition, a meticulously crafted homage to the Iberian peninsula’s four-decade love affair with Porsche. This isn’t just a limited-edition car (only 40 will be produced), it’s a collaborative masterpiece between Porsche Iberica, Style Porsche, and the Sonderwunsch team.

Based on the Carrera GTS Coupe, the Cuarenta Edition masterfully blends classic design elements with the thrill of cutting-edge technology. Inspired by the bygone era of Spanish and Portuguese automotive tastes, the Cuarenta Edition transcends fleeting trends.

It embodies a timeless elegance that ensures its enduring appeal for generations to come. Priced at a cool 284,439 euros (roughly $310,625), this exclusive model offers a fascinating look into the automotive aspirations of Iberian car enthusiasts from yesteryear.

Owning a Cuarenta Edition isn’t just about acquiring a high-performance machine; it’s about securing a piece of Porsche’s illustrious Iberian legacy. It’s a chance to own a car that’s as meticulously crafted and storied as the region it celebrates.

Imagine yourself cruising the scenic Iberian roads, the wind whipping through your hair, the throaty purr of the engine a constant companion. The Cuarenta Edition isn’t just a car; it’s an experience, a chance to connect with the rich automotive heritage of Spain and Portugal, and a testament to Porsche’s enduring commitment to the region.

With a price tag hovering around $100,000, this limited-edition Porsche celebrates the legacy of the iconic 911. The exterior showcases a stunning bespoke paint color named Quercusverde, meticulously crafted by Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur program.

Drawing inspiration from the verdant hues of holm oak leaves, this exquisite green paint is accentuated by a hand-painted Quercus tree adorning the anniversary badge. The word “Quercus” has Latin origins and translates to “oak,” a term that also roots the English words “cork” and “corky.”

Black stone guards, aluminum and silver trim, and black wheels with silver accents add a touch of sophistication to the exterior design. Two B-pillar badges inscribed with “nueveonce” and “Cuarenta” provide the finishing flourish.

“Nueveonce” translates to “Nine Eleven” in Spanish, while “Cuarenta” (written with an uppercase C) signifies “forty” in the same language, hinting at the car’s potential connection to a 40th anniversary.
